Our Immunization Clinic operates by appointment only. We are dedicated to ensuring a safe and efficient vaccination process for you and your loved ones.

Children 3 Years and Older: Our immunization services are available to children aged 3 and older. Sibling Limit: For the convenience and safety of our patients, we limit visits to a maximum of 2 siblings per parent per appointment. Vaccine Coverage: Vaccines are free for children with Medi-Cal, HealthyKids, or no health insurance. Ensuring accessibility to vaccines is a priority at Ravenswood Family Health Network.

Mountain View Clinic: 900 Miramonte Ave, Mountain View, CA 94040 Community IZ Clinic: Starting Monday, October 3rd (10/3). Mondays from 1pm-4pm, by appointment only. Sunnyvale Clinic: 785 Morse Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94085 School Vaccinations: Starting Wednesday, May 3rd (5/3). Wednesdays from 5pm-7pm, for ages 3-18. Walk-in only (no appointments needed).
